Absolutely. I hear this fear a lot: 'Aarushi, I have two left feet, will I fall off the trampoline?' Short answer: No! We start with basic jumps and simple steps. The goal is rhythm, not perfection. My routines are choreographed so you just follow the person in front of you and keep moving. If you can walk, you can step. If you can jump, you can rebound. We prioritize the 'smile and sweat' factor over technical precision.
