About Additional Work
My studio in Yelahanka is built for stillness. Whether we are working with dramatic chiaroscuro lighting to highlight your silhouette or keeping it classic with black and white tones, my goal is to strip away the distractions. You will not find artificial props here, just honest light and textured backdrops designed to keep the focus entirely on you.
The Art of the Portrait
A photograph should do more than capture a moment. It should hold a feeling. When you step into my studio, we leave the noise of the city behind. My approach to fine art photography is centered on mood and meaning, using deep, rich tones and a painterly aesthetic that makes your portraits look less like digital snapshots and more like classic art pieces.
My Process
- Lighting: I specialize in Chiaroscuro techniques, which use the interplay of light and shadow to create depth. This is not about harsh studio strobes. It is about soft, directional light that sculpts your features and adds a timeless quality to your images.
- Styling: We avoid busy, cluttered sets. Instead, I use signature hand-painted canvas backdrops that provide texture without pulling focus from you. Whether you choose to wear a gown from my client closet or your own ethnic wear, the styling is kept minimal to emphasize your personality.
- Direction: Many clients tell me they feel awkward in front of a lens. I guide you through every angle. My role is to help you relax so that your expressions become authentic and unforced. We work at a pace that allows you to settle into the frame, ensuring that the final images feel like a genuine reflection of your story.
Whether you are looking for a singular headshot or a series of portraits to mark a chapter in your life, the goal is simple. I want you to walk away with images that you will be proud to hang on your walls for years to come.
