Featured Portraits and Maternity Photography
A curated collection of my work, capturing real emotion, timeless elegance, and the magic in everyday moments.
Capturing the magic of motherhood with a dramatic, flowing gown against a classic dark backdrop. This is one of my favorite ways to create timeless maternity art that feels both powerful and elegant.
An elegant portrait celebrating personal style. Here, we used a simple, neutral background to let her beautiful teal saree and confident presence shine, creating a timeless and graceful image.
A soft, fine-art portrait session. I combine casual styling, like your favorite pair of jeans, with a hand-painted floral background for a look that is both relaxed and artistic.
A quiet, intimate moment of connection. I use focused, directional lighting to create this moody, soulful maternity portrait that feels personal and profound, highlighting the bond between mother and baby.
A classic studio portrait that is all about you. This session focuses on capturing your natural expression and personality with clean, simple lighting and a deep, moody backdrop for a strong, authentic look.
A traditional maternity celebration. We incorporated a beautiful Kanjivaram saree and a ceremonial diya to create these culturally rich and heartfelt portraits for the mom-to-be.
About Featured
For these sessions, I keep things simple. You will not find complicated checklists here. Whether you choose a moody, minimalist studio look or a hand-painted floral backdrop, we spend our time focused entirely on lighting and posing that feels authentic to you. Just bring your favourite outfit, whether it is a saree, jeans, or a flowing gown, and we will handle the rest.
Your Session, Your Story
Whether you are here for a maternity shoot or a personal portrait session, my goal is the same: to strip away the noise. I do not use overwhelming props or stiff poses. Instead, I use light and composition to highlight your natural grace.
The Two Styles I Often Shoot:
- Classic & Minimalist: We use solid backdrops like grey, white, or olive, paired with focused lighting. This style is about the subject, not the distractions. It is perfect if you want a timeless image where your expression takes center stage.
- Fine Art & Painterly: For a softer, more artistic touch, I use hand-painted backdrops. These sessions are a bit more involved, allowing for a moody, evocative atmosphere that feels like a classic painting.
Why Sarjapur & HSR Clients Choose Me: Being based near Sarjapur Road and HSR Layout, I have kept my studio accessible for families and individuals looking for a quiet, comfortable space. Because I limit these sessions to focused, high-quality bursts (60 minutes for standard, 2-3 hours for fine art), you do not need to spend all day preparing. You arrive ready, we capture the shots, and within 2-3 weeks, you have your edited gallery.
Common Questions:
- What should I wear? Bring what makes you feel comfortable. A Kanjivaram saree for a traditional look, or jeans and a tee for something casual, both work beautifully in my studio lighting.
- Do you offer makeup? I focus on the photography and posing guidance. I recommend coming camera-ready, as I do not provide on-site makeup services.
- Are these sessions good for non-models? Absolutely. My entire process is built around guiding you through poses so you feel relaxed, not awkward.
