Circular Ring Decor with Neon & Balloons
Structure & Backdrop
- Metal Ring: One 7x7 ft circular metal frame painted in Gold or White.
- Balloon Garland: Semi-arch arrangement using approx. 200 to 250 air-filled latex balloons (metallic, chrome, or pastel mix). Note: Single layer only, no double-stuffing.
- Customization: Choice of 2 to 3 colors for the balloon theme.
Lighting & Signage
- Neon Sign: One standard LED sign. Options restricted to stock: "Bride to Be," "Will You Marry Me," or "Happy Birthday."
- Ambience: Basic string fairy lights interwoven in balloons or draped.
- Power: Requires one 6A socket within 5 meters. Includes one extension cord.
Props & Display
- Pedestals: Set of 3 cylindrical stands (2ft to 3ft height). Made of white PVC or collapsible paper. Note: Suitable for cupcakes or light items only (under 2kg).
- Tabletop: Includes one cake stand (Gold/White) and artificial flower bunches.
- Floor: Minimal balloon clusters at the base to cover stand legs.
Logistics
- Transport: Delivery and pickup included within standard city limits.
- Timing: Setup takes 90 to 120 minutes.
8x8ft Artificial Green Wall with Marigolds
Backdrop Setup
- Green Wall: An 8ft wide x 8ft high backdrop constructed from interconnecting artificial boxwood or grass mats on a metal stand.
- Floral Header: One dense runner of artificial and fabric flowers (typically Red Roses & White Hydrangeas) along the top edge.
- Drapes: Sheer white or yellow fabric drapes on sides to mask the structure.
Traditional Accents
- Hanging Decor: 5 to 7 strands of golden bells, latkans, or artificial garlands suspended against the green wall.
- Fresh Flowers: Includes approx. 10 to 15 strings of fresh orange or yellow marigolds used for layering.
Seating & Floor
- Chowki: One 2x2 ft traditional low wooden stool with cover. Note: Does not include sofas or heavy couches.
- Props: Semi-circle arrangement of 2 to 3 brass or earthen pots (Matkas).
- Rangoli: Small marigold petal pattern at the base.
- Carpet: Basic 8x6 ft red or green rug for the stage area.
Requirements
- Space: Needs minimum clear wall space of 9ft width and 8.5ft height.
- Assembly: Setup requires on-site assembly of tiles.

Bride to be Bash: I do circular ring backdrops, balloon garlands, fairy lights, and those 'Bride to be' neon signs everyone likes. Sometimes I add big marquee letters with the bride's name, plus cute props like birdcages and floral bits. The spot for cake and gifts gets a stylish pedestal - looks sharp in pics.

Haldi Ceremony: If you want that traditional feel, I use loads of fresh marigold garlands (
genda phool), green leaf backdrops, and set up a decoratedchowki(low wooden seat). Add some temple bells and earthen pots, and you get that real desi vibe. -
Proposal Setup: For popping the big question, I do cozy setups with a 'Will you Marry me?' neon sign, circular backdrops, balloon arches, candles, and LOVE props. Makes the moment feel super special.
