Classic Romantic Room Decor
Balloon Configuration
- Ceiling & Wall: 30 to 40 air-filled metallic or latex balloons attached using removable soft-tape.
- Floor Arrangement: 40 to 50 loose air-filled balloons scattered to create volume.
- Message Foils: One set of 16-inch letter balloons spelling 'I LOVE YOU', 'HAPPY ANNIVERSARY', or 'WELCOME'.
- Accents: 4-6 small heart-shaped foil balloons (10-12 inches) placed on the bed or walls.
Floral & Lighting
- Rose Petals: Approximately 500g of fresh Indian Rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed or a pathway.
- Candles: 10-12 battery-operated LED tea-lights placed on the floor or tables.
- Ribbons: 1-meter curled ribbons attached to ceiling balloons.
Execution
- Staff: 1 Decorator.
- Time: 60-90 minutes for installation.
- Note: This is a setup-only service; cleanup is managed by the client.
Cabana Canopy Bed Decor
Canopy Structure
- Draping: Sheer white or red net fabric installed as a tent/canopy over the bed or floor using temporary hooks. (Fabric is on rental).
- Illumination: 5-6 strings of warm white LED fairy lights interwoven with the fabric. (Lights are on rental).
Decor Elements
- Topper: Cluster of 15-20 balloons placed at the apex of the canopy.
- Floral Work: Heavy arrangement using approx. 1kg of fresh Rose petals on the bed or floor.
- Scatter Decor: 20-30 loose balloons and 2-3 foil heart accents inside the tent area.
Execution
- Time: Installation requires 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Rental Terms: Fabric, lights, and frames are collected by the team the following day.
Premium Bachelorette Ring Decor
Backdrop Configuration
- Structure: 6x6 ft circular metal ring frame or U-shaped arch. (Frame is on rental).
- Balloon Garland: Organic-style arrangement with 150-200 balloons in mixed sizes (5 to 12 inches).
- Background: Shimmer foil curtains or sheer fabric drapes behind the arch.
- Theme Options: Available in Black & Gold, Rose Gold & White, or Pastel Pink schemes.
Props & Signage
- Neon Sign: 'Bride to Be' or 'Better Together' LED Neon sign hung on the backdrop. (Rental item).
- Foils: Includes 1 Giant Diamond Ring foil (30 inches) and 1 Champagne Bottle foil.
- Floor Detail: 15-20 loose balloons scattered at the base.

- Staff: 2 Decorators.

Suhagrat & Romantic Room Decor
Setting up the room for your special night is my favorite part. I go all out with canopies of sheer fabric and fairy lights above the bed, petals spelling out names or big hearts, and a trail of roses leading you in. Balloons fill up the floor, and safe electric candles give that soft glow. Foil balloons with custom messages or heart shapes? Always. You pick the words, I make it happen.
Pre-Wedding Celebrations
For bride to be parties, I set up Insta-ready backdrops with balloon arches and shimmery curtains. Big foil letters shout out 'BRIDE TO BE', and you’ll see giant diamond ring balloons or champagne bottles. Rose gold, pink, black, gold - you tell me your vibe.
Haldi ceremony? I switch it up. Bright yellow drapes, Hindi 'Haldi' signs, Rajasthani umbrellas, and flowers everywhere. I bring the whole setup to your home or hall - bas occasion batado, I’ll sort the rest.
