About Celebrating Together: Festivals & Events
We approach every festival as an extension of our curriculum rather than a break from it. When you see our children dressed up for Janmashtami or working on Independence Day art, notice that they are the ones choosing their roles and participating at their own pace. This builds genuine confidence and a sense of belonging, because they are actively contributing to the celebration instead of just performing for an audience.
More Than Just a Celebration
In our Montessori classrooms in Basavanagudi, festivals provide a natural touchpoint for lessons in Grace and Courtesy, cultural studies, and emotional intelligence.
