How I Teach
No shortcuts here. Main short-cuts nahi, proper foundation sikhati hu. (I don't teach shortcuts, I teach proper basics). Baking is science, not just mixing stuff. I explain the 'why' behind every step, so you actually get the techniques.

Cakecious shuru kiya, aur baking classes lene lagi - school teacher na sahi, baking teacher to ban gayi. Business chalana tough hai, box folding se lekar, late nights tak. Par jab husband bolta hai 'meri biwi ka apna business hai', sab thakawat gayab ho jati hai. Khush hoon, apna sapna sach kiya.
