Featured Event Decorations and Traditional Setups
A glimpse into my favorite setups from over 700 events. From grand floral backdrops to the smallest, meaningful details, this collection shows the heart of what I create for your special days.
This is the kind of grand, traditional setup I love to create for a Seemantham or baby shower. The vibrant yellow and green flower wall, with auspicious motifs like the lotus and cow, creates a perfect backdrop for the main ceremony chair, all surrounded by my signature plate decorations.
Here is a walkthrough of a beautiful and colorful baby shower setup. I used a custom backdrop with a traditional cow motif, surrounded by fresh flowers and a full display of fruits and sweets to create a festive and divine atmosphere.
Welcome to a vlog from one of my Gruha Pravesha events. I take you behind the scenes to show how I create an authentic South Indian housewarming setup, including the chappara, door decorations, and a special arrangement for the deity puja.
A beautiful all-white floral backdrop with red accents creates a very elegant and classic look. This setup for a baby shower combines a traditional frame with a modern color palette, complete with detailed plate arrangements and dolls.
For those who love a modern touch, this is a beautiful example of a contemporary theme. The shades of purple and lavender, combined with artistic floral arrangements and elegant seating, give the entire event a premium and stylish feel.
The small details matter the most. I offer personalized coconut carving for engagements and weddings, featuring the couple's names and traditional designs. It’s a unique touch that clients always love.
Hearing feedback like this is why I do what I do. This client was so happy with her traditional kitchen setup for her housewarming, saying it reminded her of her ancestral home but with a modern touch.
About this collection
For every setup, I bring a mix of traditional and modern elements to fit your venue. You might see me using acrylic boxes for a contemporary look or tiered silver stands for a classic, ceremonial feel. The key is finding that right balance so the decor matches your specific event style while keeping the fresh flower arrangements looking perfect.
I started 21 Plate Decoration in Bengaluru to bring a professional touch to our traditional ceremonies. Whether you are planning a Seemantham, a Gruha Pravesha, or a Naming Ceremony, my goal is to make the space feel divine yet homely.
I do not just set up decorations; I create a scene. My signature plate arrangements involve more than just placing fruits. I use premium apples, pomegranates, and stone-studded pineapples, all individually wrapped to ensure hygiene. If you choose the acrylic boxes, they offer a sleek, modern aesthetic, while the tiered silver stands provide that timeless, classic vibe.
The backdrop is where the magic happens. I use real fresh flowers, banana leaves, and custom name cutouts to frame the space. For naming ceremonies, my handcrafted doll arrangements tell a story, bringing a playful and personal touch to the cradle ceremony.
Based in Bengaluru, I travel up to 600 kilometers, covering Mysuru, Hyderabad, and parts of Tamil Nadu. I have learned over 700 events that the best feedback is simply hearing 'tumba chennagide' (it is very nice). That is the benchmark for every setup I do. I handle the logistics, the floral sourcing, and the on-site styling, so you can focus on the ritual.
21 Plate Decoration
I started 21 Plate Decoration to turn family milestones into beautiful visual stories. Whether it is a grand housewarming or an intimate cradle ceremony, I pour my heart into every detail to make it feel like namma mane for you.
