On National Handloom Day, we honor the skill and commitment of our artisans. This map shows the rich tapestry of weaves across India that inspires me every day.
Here I am in my studio, showing you our bestselling Ikat co-ord sets. It's where all the magic happens, surrounded by beautiful fabrics and designs.
About Made with Love: Behind the Scenes
This is not a mass-production setup. Every piece here, from our Ikat co-ords to the wrapped Angrakhas, goes through my hands at our Seawoods studio. I personally check the fall, the stitch, and the fit on our dummies before anything gets packed to go to you. When you order, you are getting something crafted manapasun—with heart—specifically for your measurements.
I started Yuva Studios because I wanted clothes that provide the comfort of pure, breathable cotton without sacrificing style. My studio is small, but that is exactly how I like it. It allows me to maintain a direct connection with the process and, more importantly, with you.
Our Process
Every garment, whether it is a daily wear short top or a formal fusion dress, follows a strict quality path. We use a single needle lockstitch and internal interlocking to ensure your clothes do not fray after a few washes. Since we work with delicate handloom Ikat, I spend extra time matching patterns to ensure the finished piece looks intentional and polished.
Why Customisation Matters
I believe clothing should fit you, not the other way around. Whether you are an XS or a 6XL, we maintain the same commitment to fit and finish. If you visit my studio in Seawoods, you can see the fabrics before we start stitching. If you have an old saree you want to upcycle into a new dress, or if you need a specific neck depth for comfort, I am here to make that happen. This is the beauty of a smaller, dedicated studio; we can actually listen to what you need.
