About My Story & Studio: Behind the Scenes

My kitchen is rarely 'Instagram perfect' when I'm in the thick of a project. Whether I'm engineering an anti-gravity cake or troubleshooting a fondant detail at 2 AM, the real work is messy, tiring, and deeply rewarding. I don't just bake; I solve problems so your cake arrives exactly how you imagined it, even on tight deadlines.

I started Yummylicious in 2015 from a small home setup. No fancy studios then, just a basic oven and a whole lot of sleepless nights. People often ask how I manage complex designs like floating structures or intricate fondant figures. It isn't just about having the right tools; it’s about 'jugaad' (resourcefulness) and hours of practice.

The Reality of the Studio

It’s not always glamorous. It’s backaches, flour on the floor, and the intense focus required to get sharp ganache edges or perfect figurines. When you see a finished cake, you're seeing the result of hours of work where things didn't always go to plan. We've had moments where we had to turn around a forgotten order in 90 minutes, and it's those 'beast mode' moments that built this business.

What Happens Here

This Goregaon West studio is where I experiment, fail, learn, and finally, create. My process is simple:

  • You bring the idea: Send me your sketches or those crazy AI images you found online.
  • I add the structure: I figure out the engineering to make your theme stand, float, or defy gravity.
  • We bake and assemble: Everything is made with premium, eggless ingredients. For large event cakes, I personally oversee the assembly at the venue to ensure it stands tall.
