About this collection
The sweet spot for these portraits is when your baby is 15 to 20 days old. They are still in that curly, sleepy phase, which helps us safely settle them into these poses. My studio in Borivali is temperature-controlled and prepped for comfort, and I always have an assistant with me to support your baby while I focus on the shot.
Why 15 to 20 Days?
This early window is key. Your baby is still very comfortable being swaddled and curled into those classic, peaceful positions. They tend to stay asleep through transitions, which allows us to get those dreamy shots without rushing the process. If your baby is a bit older, do not worry—we can still capture beautiful images, but the poses might look a little different as they become more alert.
Your Safety First
I am an NCPAI certified photographer, and your baby’s safety is the only thing that matters during our time together. The studio is kept warm and cozy so your little one stays comfortable even while we change setups. I never work alone; an assistant is always present to spot and support the baby while I am behind the camera.
The Setup
I have a studio wardrobe filled with soft wraps, bonnets, and tiny outfits so you do not need to bring much. We use textures like wool and linen to keep things soft and timeless. Whether you prefer a floral theme or a more minimal, classic aesthetic, I have plenty of props—like miniature beds and baskets—to bring that vision to life.
Family Connection
These sessions are not just about the baby. I always encourage parents and siblings to jump into a few frames. There is something special about seeing your baby’s tiny feet in your hands or capturing those first quiet moments as a new family. After the shoot, I take care of the editing to ensure every detail, from delicate skin to sleepy expressions, looks perfect.
