About Newborn Dreams: The First Few Days
I dedicate 3 to 4 hours per session because your baby is the one truly in charge. We prioritize safety and comfort above everything else, allowing for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes right in my climate-controlled Borivali studio. You never have to worry about a fussy baby or a tight schedule, as we simply pause, reset, and wait for them to feel calm again.
Why the 5-20 Day Window Matters
Newborn photography is delicate work. Between 5 and 20 days old, babies are generally sleepier and more flexible, which allows for those classic, curled-up poses you see in my gallery. However, every baby is different. Whether your little one is wide awake, hungry, or just needs a cuddle, I adjust the pace accordingly. My goal is never to force a pose but to work with your baby's natural rhythm.
A Safe, Controlled Environment
My studio in Borivali is designed specifically for this purpose. It is temperature-controlled to keep your baby warm while they are in light swaddles or outfits, and I have a trained spotter present for every complex pose. Safety is the foundation of my practice. You will have access to my full collection of hypoallergenic fabrics, organic textures, and props, so you do not need to bring anything other than your baby and their essentials.
The Experience
When you arrive, expect a slow-paced, intimate experience. We include 2-3 styled setups, ranging from rustic, natural looks with wooden baskets to whimsical, creative compositions like clouds and butterflies. I also include family portraits, capturing those tender, skin-to-skin moments between you and your newborn. These are not just photos, they are a record of how small they once were, edited with a clean, magazine-style finish to remove skin redness or flaking while keeping the natural charm of your baby's features.
