Our day starts together on the basketball court with essential warm-ups and stretching as the sun rises. We make sure every athlete's body is prepared for the session to maximize performance and prevent injuries.
About Foundation and Teamwork
We train on a natural red clay surface at NTI Ground because it forces you to develop stability and reduces the joint impact issues found on hard concrete. It is not just about running; it is about learning how to land, turn, and communicate with your teammates while you are exhausted.
Our approach centers on the reality that skill means nothing without a team you can trust. Whether you are aiming for district-level Kho-Kho trials or just starting your fitness journey, we prioritize the basics first.
In our Foundation Fitness Batch, we focus on conditioning. You will learn to use the natural red clay ground to improve your stamina and motor skills through simple, repetitive drills. We believe that if you can master the dirt track, you can handle any surface.
We train three days a week, keeping sessions between 60 to 75 minutes. This frequency allows for recovery and consistent progress. You will spend your time on cardio, cone weaving, and static stretching to ensure your body is ready for higher intensity work. Namma kartavya is to guide you, but the sweat is yours. We provide the equipment, from standard marker cones to practice bibs, and the junior coaches guide every move. By joining this batch, you become part of the YSSA family where everyone teaches each other.
