We use the natural red clay at NTI Ground to build joint health and dedicated sand tracks for resistance running, which is exactly how our athletes develop the explosive speed and agility needed for competitive Kho-Kho, football, and athletics.

Why We Train This Way

- The Foundation: Every session begins with structured warm-ups and stretching on our red clay surface. This keeps your joints safe and prepares your body for the workload.
- The Grind: We use sand tracks and PVC hurdles to build explosive power. If you want to move faster, jump higher, or react quicker on the field, this is the resistance training that makes it happen.
- Sport-Specific Tactics: We don't just run drills. We talk strategy. You will see us in huddles discussing Kho-Kho tactics or practicing basketball positioning, because a smart player is always better than a fast one.
