We train on a covered concrete court near ITPL, so practice goes ahead whether it is sunny or raining. Our coaches keep the pace high with agility ladders and simple drills like the BEEF shooting method, ensuring kids stay focused and engaged throughout the session without feeling overwhelmed.
Building a Strong Foundation

Our sessions cover the fundamentals that every player needs:
