About Adult Dance & Fitness Batches
Our evening sessions are held in our air-conditioned studio in Anand Vihar, where we mix Zumba for cardio and Bhangra for high-energy conditioning. You do not need any dance experience to start here. Just show up for one of our evening batches, follow the rhythm, and we will handle the form and the motivation.
We started Yog Mantra because we believe your body is your most important asset. Our dance and fitness classes are designed to be a stress-buster after a long day at work. We focus on movement that feels like a party, not a chore.
What to Expect
- The Vibe: Our studio features wooden flooring to reduce impact and full-length mirrors to help with form. It is a shared space where we push each other and laugh, not a silent gym where you feel judged.
- The Styles: We rotate between high-energy Bhangra beats for endurance, Zumba for cardiovascular health, and Bollywood freestyle for coordination. Each session is 60 minutes, including a proper warm-up and cool-down to keep you safe.
- Community: Beyond the workouts, we celebrate festivals together. Whether you are a total beginner who has never stepped onto a dance floor or someone looking to switch up their fitness routine, you will find a spot here. We keep the atmosphere light, encouraging, and focused on consistency rather than perfection.
Practical Details
We run evening batches from Monday to Friday, typically between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. This schedule is designed for working professionals who need to disconnect from screens and reconnect with their physical health. If you are unsure about committing to a full month, we have trial options so you can experience the studio energy firsthand before joining the community.
