In my practice, we do not start with poses or physical flexibility. We begin with a clinical assessment of your breath patterns and nervous system regulation. My approach, grounded in my PhD research at S-VYASA, filters out the commercial noise, focusing instead on how pranayama and yoga nidra can actually dismantle the stress responses you carry daily.

Modern yoga is often treated as a commodity, a quick fix to be swiped for or bought. My teaching is a rebellion against this narrative. True yoga, or sadhana, is not found in a retreat to the mountains; it is found in how you breathe when your day feels chaotic.

My methodology combines ancient Sāṅkhya philosophy with a trauma-informed, clinical structure. When you work with me, you are not just learning a sequence. You are learning to observe your own mind. We focus on the koshas—the layers of the self—to understand where your tension originates. Is it physical, or is it a residue of stored trauma?

I treat yoga as a science of the nervous system. We utilize specific breathing ratios for sleep, chanting to unblock prana, and deep rest practices to reset the body's internal clock. This is not about being a 'yogi' for the aesthetic. This is about giving you the tools to sit with yourself, whether you are dealing with burnout, hormonal imbalance, or the simple, persistent noise of daily responsibilities.
