Yoga for me is way more than stretching - it's about how we live, breathe, and show up for ourselves. If you’re after spiritual yoga guidance and not just another class, I’m here to walk with you.
Mentorship Beyond the Mat
- I focus on the 99% of yoga that’s off the mat - how we act, eat, think, and serve (seva).
- We talk about Yama & Niyama (ethics), Ahara (nourishment), and Vichara (self-inquiry), but I don’t make it all textbook-y. We keep it real, sometimes messy, and always honest.
- If you're open to exploring yogic wisdom mentorship, we dig into Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta, and Tantra, seeing how ancient teachings fit our life now.
Our Sessions
- We’ll use mantra chanting sessions and sound to steady our minds, plus meditation and Yoga Nidra (not a fancy nap, but deep rest).
- I guide you in building your own sadhana - a practice that works for you, not just what’s “right” in a book.
- My aim is to support your personal sadhana, meeting you where you are, whether you’re feeling lost or hopeful.
My Approach
I’m not here to judge, push, or promise instant transformation. I hold space, give perspective, and share what I’ve learned. Sometimes progress is slow, sometimes it’s surprising. Healing is not a goal, it’s a return - to yourself, as you are.

My Story
I’m Manasa. My journey with yoga started with wanting to know the 'why' behind every practice, not just the 'how.' Did a PhD at S-VYASA, got deep into Sāṅkhya philosophy, and realized yoga is more about living than bending. Being a mom to a teenager, I think a lot about what roots we give our kids. I teach with stories, chantings, not rules—just anchors. Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling you carry, even when you wander.
