At Yellow Brick Way, we believe that behind every child's success is an amazing teacher. We are a team of passionate educators dedicated to nurturing every student's potential.
I'm Salonie Patel, the founder of Yellow Brick Way. With over 15 years of experience, my goal is to transform stage shy kids into confident stars, using a blend of skill, sass, and sparkle.
Meet Priti Shroff, our Senior Teacher and the heart of the classroom. With 7 years on the team, she is an idea machine and the ultimate kid magnet, bringing holistic growth to life.
Meet Radhika Mehta, our Assistant Teacher and a homegrown gem of YBW. Having gone from our student to a stage mentor, she now supports our classes with creativity and care.
We are excited to introduce Nazneen Khan, a teacher at our Vapi branch. As a multilingual marvel and creative writing whiz, she transforms every class into an experience.
Meet Lyanne Creado, our Admin Extraordinaire. Lyanne is the silent storm behind the scenes, managing the backend with craft and calm to ensure everything runs smoothly.
About Meet the Team: The Magic Behind the Scenes
Our team isn't just about certifications and Trinity College exam results. We are parents, former students, and lifelong drama lovers who understand that the most meaningful progress happens in the messy, unscripted moments of a classroom. When we guide your child, we are looking for the spark that turns a shy whisper into a confident, clear voice.
At Yellow Brick Way, we believe the quality of the educator is the single biggest factor in a child's growth. Our team is built on a mix of veteran experience and fresh energy. Salonie Patel brings 15 years of expertise, having developed our unique approach that balances technical speech training with the 'chaos and magic' of creative play.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Priti Shroff, our Senior Teacher, has been with us for seven years and is the heart of the classroom, known for her ability to connect with even the most hesitant students. We are also incredibly proud of our 'homegrown' talent like Radhika Mehta, who went from being a student in our program to a mentor who deeply understands the student experience.
For our Vapi location, Nazneen Khan brings a multidisciplinary approach, combining creative writing with her skills as a linguist to keep classes engaging. And none of this runs without Lyanne Creado, our admin extraordinaire who handles the logistics so that Salonie and the teachers can focus entirely on the kids. Whether we are prepping for high-stakes GESE exams or running group drama projects, our philosophy remains the same: treat every child as an individual, keep the process fun, and always prioritize confidence over perfect performance.
