On International Women's Day, I want to express my gratitude to the passionate women educators on my team. I am proud that they have all moved out of their comfort zones to empower themselves and our students.
We believe in rewarding effort and continuous learning for everyone, including our educators. Here, our teachers are being rewarded with WISE cards for implementing 'Power Vocabulary' in their classes.

This graphic marks our 13-year journey. We started on April 16th with 4 teachers and 110 students, and today we are a team of 17 teachers with 650 students. This growth is a testament to the passion and dedication of our entire team.
This was a truly heartwarming moment. A former student, Ayush, visited me 12 years after he was in my class. Seeing the bright-eyed 9-year-old as a confident 22-year-old man reminded me of the beautiful privilege of being a teacher.
Here is our team of 17 educators at our year-end celebration. It was a time to reflect on the milestones we reached, the challenges we overcame, and the strong bond we share as a team.
About Our Story & Team
Every teacher you see here is a mentor, not just a lecturer. We do not hire based on degrees alone, but on the ability to make a child feel safe enough to stumble and learn. When you walk into our center, you aren't just getting a curriculum, you are getting a team that actually tracks student growth through daily, personal interaction rather than end-of-term exams.
Thirteen years ago, on April 16th, Learner’s Hub started with four teachers and 110 students. Today, we are a family of 17 dedicated educators serving over 650 students in Kandivali West. Growth like this matters to us only because of what it represents: 13 years of kids finally reading fluently or adults dropping their hesitation.
We run our center differently. You will notice our teachers carrying WISE cards, which stands for Words Implemented and Smartly Executed. We reward our own team for using power vocabulary in their daily conversations, not just in the classroom. This keeps the environment active and learning-focused for everyone.
We have seen students like Ayush, who started with us at age nine, return as young adults. That full circle moment is why we do this. Our team is hand-picked not just for their English proficiency, but for their patience. Whether it is our phonics specialists or our public speaking coaches, everyone here is trained to look for that spark of understanding in your child’s eye. I am Nisha Sanghavi. I built Learner’s Hub because I saw too many kids losing their natural spark under the pressure of rote learning. My team of 17 educators shares my obsession with building real confidence, and we are here to make sure your child feels at home while they learn.
