Junior Tennis Coaching & Development Programs
From age 4 to teens, we build young players from the ground up. Whether playing for fun or chasing rankings, our coaching creates winners on and off the court.
Here is one of our young students, Meera, practicing her forehand under the guidance of our Head Coach. We focus on correct biomechanics and form from the very beginning to build a solid foundation for future growth.
We teach our young players that pressure is a privilege. This video shows one of our junior athletes embracing the challenge, focusing on her strokes and learning the mental toughness required to conquer points.
Perfecting form without a ball is a key training method. We use shadow swings to help our young players build muscle memory and improve their stroke technique, ensuring their movements are fluid and efficient.
Our head coach provides one-on-one instruction to a nationally ranked junior player. We tailor our coaching to each individual's needs, whether they are just starting or competing at a national level.

About Junior Development Program (Kids & Teens)
We do not just put kids on court and hope for the best. Our training starts with perfecting form, often without a ball. We use shadow swings to build muscle memory before a player even rallies. This ensures that when your child hits their first forehand, it is built on solid biomechanics, not bad habits.
Tennis is a long game, and our curriculum reflects that. We follow coaching principles inspired by international standards, where technique is non-negotiable. For our youngest players (starting from age 4), we use lighter, low-compression balls (Red, Orange, and Green dot) on smaller courts. This keeps the game playable and builds confidence. As we say, 'Game mein har shot important hai' (every shot is important in the game), so we focus on the fundamentals early to ensure long-term progress.
As players advance, we move to full-court training. Because we maintain both clay and hard courts, your child learns to adapt their footwork, slide, and spin to different surfaces—a skill that sets them apart in competitive tournaments.
It is not just about technical drills. We incorporate physical literacy—agility ladders, coordination games, and match-play simulation—to keep the energy high. We treat the court like a second home, where they learn to handle the pressure of a match alongside the joy of winning. Every player gets a personalized path to help them hit their specific goals, whether that is fitness, fun, or national rankings.

I'm Sanyam, and I believe tennis is the best teacher for life. My team and I do not just coach shots; we coach grit. We have seen kids walk in shy and walk out winning tournaments, and that is what we live for.
