Victory is earned in the dojo long before the referee raises your hand. We do not believe in comparing students to one another. My fight is always with myself, and that is the mindset I expect from everyone who joins our squad. Whether you are a kid wanting to learn self-defense or an athlete with your eyes on the Olympics, the training standards remain the same.
Our focus is strictly on competitive preparation. This means moving beyond basic drills into high-intensity Kumite simulations. We use full gear to mimic tournament pressure, focusing on reaction time, counter-attacking strategies, and explosive power. You will find us training across our academies in Sector 2, Greater Noida, and Mayur Vihar Phase II, as well as conducting special sessions at BLS World School.
We structure our batches based on your goals. Our Standard Competitive Batch builds the foundation of Shito-ryu basics and form memorization, while our Elite National Squad is for those ready to commit 5 to 6 days a week to national podiums. We incorporate agility ladder drills, plyometrics, and stamina boosters to ensure you never gas out when it counts.
