Our Process: From Plan to Perfection
I believe in transparency, not surprises. This is how I manage sites from the first measurement to final handover, ensuring your home is built exactly to the plan.
My process is built on trust and detailed planning. As I explain here, "Hum bahut detail mein plan karke cheezon ko organize karte hain." We don't do last-minute work; every element is thought out with you, so the final result is exactly what you envisioned.
Here is a behind-the-scenes look at a site visit. I am personally involved in every project, from the initial structural work to the final installation, ensuring everything is executed according to the plan we've agreed upon.
Precision is everything in interior design. This video shows my team and me on-site, taking detailed measurements and checking the initial installation of cabinets. This hands-on approach ensures a perfect fit and finish for all components.
Choosing the right materials is a crucial step. Here, I am with a client at a showroom, exploring premium surface options for their kitchen and wardrobes, including scratch-resistant matte laminates and modern acrylic glass finishes.
The quality of a kitchen depends on the materials used. I work with over 35 trusted brands like Century Ply, Green Ply, Asian Paints, and Hafele to ensure that every kitchen I build is durable, functional, and beautiful.
About Our Process: From Plan to Perfection
I don't believe in 'last-minute jugaad' or surprises on-site. Before we start any fabrication at my Manpada workshop, we finalize every measurement and material choice with you. You see your space in 3D first, so when my team and I arrive for installation, the plan is already set, and the execution is precise.
The Xena Design Method
People often think home renovation is chaotic. My goal is to remove the stress by making the planning phase the most important part of the job.
1. Understanding Your Needs Before I touch a single piece of plywood, we sit down to talk. Tumhala kay pahije? (What do you want?) Every family in Thane or Mumbai has a unique routine. I don't force a 'one-size-fits-all' template on you. We discuss your storage needs, your cooking style, and the aesthetic you want to live with every day.
2. Precision Measurements & 3D Planning Mistakes happen when assumptions are made. My team and I take detailed measurements ourselves, not just relying on existing floor plans. We create 3D renders so you can see exactly how your kitchen or wardrobe will look. You approve the design and the materials—be it acrylic, laminate, or veneer—before we cut a single sheet.
3. Workshop Fabrication & On-Site Assembly We don't do messy carpentry in your living room. The bulk of the fabrication happens at our Manpada workshop using CNC machines for perfect, dust-free finishes. When we come to your home, it is for organized assembly and installation. This approach significantly reduces the noise and time spent at your site.
4. Constant Supervision I am personally involved in every step. From checking the electrical points to the final hinge adjustment, I oversee the work. You will never find me absent while my team is working at your home. This level of supervision ensures that brands like Hettich or Century Ply are installed exactly as the manufacturer intended, giving you a finish that actually lasts.
