Vibrant Carnival Mehendi Decor
Theme & Concept
- Styles: Selection of Pop-Art Carnival, Pastel Fiesta, or Traditional Phoolon ki Haldi.
- Color Palette: High-saturation colors (Hot Pink, Yellow, Turquoise) or Soft Pastels based on preference.
Installations & Props
- Photobooths: 1 Main themed photobooth (e.g., Pink Telephone Booth, Oversized Paper Flowers, or Ribbon Wall).
- Signature Props: Includes painted cycles, flamingos, dreamcatchers, and hanging tassels.
- Overhead: Colorful draping (ribbons or fabric swags) providing shade and aesthetics over the main area.
Stage & Seating
- Couple Seating: Decorated swing (Jhula) or majestic chair with floral backing.
- Guest Seating: Casual mix for 80-100 pax including colorful draped Chiavari chairs, bean bags, and traditional moodhas (cane stools).
Florals & Entrance
- Entry: 8-10ft themed archway (Floral ring or Ribbon tunnel) with custom welcome signage.
- Flowers: Predominantly Marigolds (Yellow/Orange) mixed with seasonal fillers for volume.
Sangeet Concert Stage & Lighting
Stage & Fabrication
- Main Stage: Large performance stage (approx. 24ft x 16ft) with masked flooring (White/Black/Printed).
- Backdrop: Mix of LED screens for visuals and decorative fabrication (sequin walls or neon signage).
Tech & Lighting
- Intelligent Lighting: Truss-mounted setup with Sharpy beam lights, LED Par cans for color wash, and Blinders.
- Effects: Fairy light canopy or filament bulbs for a 'starry sky' ambiance, plus Cold Pyros and Low-fog machine for special entries.
Sound & Entertainment
- Audio: Professional Line Array sound system (JBL/RCF equivalent) with subwoofers suitable for 200-300 pax.
- DJ Console: Standard DJ table setup with masking.
Bar & Lounge
- Bar: 12-16ft decorative counter (Acrylic illuminated or printed flex) with menu signage.
- Seating: Lounge area with 2-3 high-top tables featuring floral centerpieces and candle lighting.
Premium Floral Wedding Mandap
Mandap Architecture
- Structure: Custom-fabricated 4 or 6-pillar Mandap (Open air or covered) in Sabyasachi Red, Pastel Garden, or Royal Gold styles.
- Floral Work: Heavy floral arrangement on canopy and pillars. Uses high-quality artificial bases for volume and fresh flowers (Roses, Tuberoses) at eye level/touch-points.
- Ceiling: Hanging floral trellises, kaleeras, or traditional temple bells.
Aisle & Entrance
- Grand Entry: 10-12ft Floral Archway or specialized Tunnel entrance.
- Walkway: Elevated aisle or carpet lined with floral runners, candles in glass chimneys, or pedestals.
- Varmala Stage: Dedicated raised platform with floral backdrop for garland exchange.
Furniture & Essentials
- Seating: Premium sofa set or heavy ornate chairs for the couple and parents (Set of 6-8).
- Lighting: Warm ambient Par cans to highlight florals and a crystal chandelier inside the Mandap.
- Rituals: Standard fire-proof Havan Kund setup and baskets of loose rose petals for Pheras.
