Haldi & Mehendi Carnival Decor Package
Scope & Theme
Suitable for 100 to 200 guests. Covers couple seating, guest pockets, and entrance. Themes focus on Carnival, Boho-Chic, or Traditional Yellow styles using tassels, parandis, and kites.
Key Decor Elements
- Backdrop: 10x12ft fabric draping with marigold and jasmine strings.
- Couple Seating: Decorated Swing (Jhoola) or Dewan with colorful embroidered bolsters.
- Guest Seating: 20 to 30 colorful Moodas (cane stools) and floor cushions scattered near the stage.
Props & Interactive Zones
- Photobooth: One large prop element like a painted vintage scooter, auto-rickshaw, or cycle.
- Fun Details: Welcome easel with floral clusters, quirky quote boards, and a prop station with sunglasses or feather boas.
Sangeet & Cocktail Production Setup
Production & Lighting
Includes intelligent lighting (Sharpies/Moving heads) mounted on box trusses to create a club ambiance. Covers the stage performance area and general party zones.
Structures & Fabrication
- Dance Floor: Custom fabricated 300 to 400 sq. ft. platform. Options include B&W checkered vinyl or glossy printed flex.
- Stage Backdrop: High-gloss aesthetic using sequin shimmer walls, neon signs, or artificial green foliage walls.
Styling & Effects
- Special Effects: 4 to 6 shots of Cold Pyro (indoor sparklers) for couple entry or performance.
- Bar & Tables: Acrylic or branded bar frontage and minimalist centerpieces for cocktail tables.
- Ceiling: Fairy light canopy or suspended disco balls over the dance area.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Decor
Mandap & Ceremony Area
- Structure: Custom 4-pillar Mandap. Choice of carved wooden pillars with marigold garlands or modern fabric canopies with pastel cascading florals.
- Aisle: Walkway lined with 6 to 8 decorative pedestals featuring floral bunches or LED candles.
- Varmala: Dedicated spot for garland exchange including dry ice fog machine effects.
Reception Stage
Large 24ft to 30ft stage backdrop. Design options include dense floral walls (mix of fresh and silk flowers), candlelight walls, or mirror panels.
Entrance & Extras
- Entryway: Grand fiber or floral archway.
- Signage: Custom welcome board with floral borders matching the theme.
- Visualization: Includes 3D renders of the Mandap and Stage before finalization.
