When we redesign a bathroom, the shift from standard tile to large-format slabs like Panda marble or Belgium Black changes the entire mood. These natural stone choices make a compact space feel like a private spa, provided we get the waterproofing and drainage details right during the initial civil work phase.
True luxury in a washroom design often hides in the details you cannot see. When planning a renovation in Delhi NCR, we focus on the foundation before we even pick the marble or the brass fixtures. Because our climate and water quality can be harsh, we prioritize extensive waterproofing for sunken areas and use epoxy grouting to prevent the mold and staining that plague many high-end finishes.
For the walls, we prefer Panda marble or Belgium Black because their natural veining acts as art, eliminating the need for extra decor. We layer the lighting to serve two purposes: bright task lighting for the mirror area and soft, warm cove lighting for the shower or bathtub zone to help you unwind after a long day.
The vanity design is another key area where we adjust the footprint. By using floating cabinets instead of floor-mounted units, we free up floor space, which makes the room look larger and makes cleaning much simpler. For fixtures, we find that brushed brass or matte black finishes against dark stone create that high-end hotel vibe without feeling too flashy.
