About Kihon: The Foundation of a Karateka

In our dojo, Kihon is not just about standing in a line. We focus heavily on zenkutsu-dachi (front stance) and repetitive drilling of zuki (punches). It is the only way to build the muscle memory required for explosive power in real-world self-defense. When you train with us, you learn that your power comes from the ground up, not just your arm strength.
