Our story started with a simple philosophy: Per fare la pizza devi metterci anche il cuore. To make pizza, you have to put your heart in. Over the last 8 years, this hasn't changed. We are not interested in gimmicks or over-complicating our menu. We are interested in the fire, the dough, and the result that hits the table.
Our kitchen is built around the wood-fired oven. It is the heart of the operation, giving our crust that specific smoky flavour and those bubbly, charred edges that define true Neapolitan pizza. Whether you are dining at our Vasant Vihar, Amar Colony, or Ghitorni locations, you are getting the same commitment to the process that has earned us a spot in the Top 100 in the world and the Top 50 in Asia-Pacific.
We are often asked why we focus on such specific ingredients or why we don't 'expand' faster. The answer is simple. When you chase the perfect slice, you cannot cut corners. You have to be involved in every stage, from selecting the right flour to monitoring the temperature of the oven. We are a small team led by Amol Kumar, and our goal is not to be everywhere, but to be the best version of ourselves right here in our neighborhood. When you order from us, you are not just getting a meal. You are getting the result of years of testing, travel, and a genuine obsession with getting it right.
