- Balloon Garland: Dense, organic-style balloon arrangement borders (L-shape or semi-arch) using approx. 400+ high-quality Chrome, Pastel, or Metallic balloons.
- Signage: Inclusion of one standard Neon Sign (e.g., Better Together, Dream Big) or LED PAR lights.
Props & Styling
- Pedestals: Set of 3 cylindrical stands (White/Gold/Transparent) for displaying products, awards, or cake.
- Flooring: 8x8 ft Red or Green carpet in front of the backdrop for a defined photo zone.
- Thematic Elements: Addition of artificial floral patches or pampas grass inserts within the balloon garland.

- Setup Duration: Requires 2-3 hours for detailed installation.

- Design Type: Choice of a Grand Tunnel Entrance (series of 3-4 spaced arches) OR a Massive Jumbo Arch (10ft x 12ft).
- Balloon Density: High-density arrangement using 1,500+ balloons including clusters of varying sizes (5 inch to 24 inch) for a textured, premium look.
- Floral Integration: Strategic placement of artificial floral bunches and greenery vines intertwined with the balloon structure.
Walkway & Ambiance
- Red Carpet: 20 to 30 feet running length of Red (or brand color) carpet leading through the entrance.
- Lighting: 2-4 LED Uplighters placed at the base of the arches to highlight the structure.
- Welcome Board: One easel stand with a customized foam-board welcome sign.

How I Decorate
My toolkit’s pretty varied, but let’s be honest - balloon installation for corporate events is my jam. From giant entrance arches to quirky photo walls, I use all types, including metallic and pastel. Flowers add a classy touch, sometimes mixed in with the balloons, sometimes on their own for tables or stages.
