Decor & Theming
- Draping: Installation of colorful polyester/satin tent-style drapes to cover ceiling grids or open areas. Colors customizable (e.g., Multicolor for Diwali, Blue/White for Corporate).
- Props: Thematic hanging elements like paper lanterns, artificial floral strings, or dreamcatchers.
- Photo Zone: Creation of one 6x8 ft backdrop with floral accents or balloon arch for employee photos.
Audio & Entertainment
- Sound System: Setup suitable for 80 pax including 2 high-wattage PA speakers and 1 subwoofer.
- DJ Service: Commercial DJ playing Bollywood and English hits for 4 hours.
- Dance Floor: 12x12 ft wooden platform with carpet or vinyl masking.
Lighting & Furniture
- Ambience: 8-12 LED PAR cans (uplighters) for color washing and fairy lights for perimeter railings.
- Seating: 50 banquet chairs with lycra covers and sashes, plus 5-6 round tables with floor-length cloths.
Manpower
- Support: 1 Event Coordinator on-site to manage flow and logistics.
- Logistics: Transport and labor for setup and dismantling included.

Visuals & Staging
- LED Video Wall: High-definition indoor P3.9 or P4 LED wall (approx. 12ft x 8ft) with video processor for PPT/Video playback.
- Stage: Carpeted wooden stage (approx. 16ft x 8ft) with step units. Carpet color customizable (Red/Grey/Black).
- Branding: Side wings with flex branding for logos and masking around the LED wall.
- Podium: Branded wooden or acrylic podium with a microphone stand.
Audio Configuration
- Sound: 4-speaker PA system distributed for even coverage with a digital audio mixer.
- Mics: 2 handheld cordless microphones (Shure/Sennheiser grade) and 1 gooseneck podium microphone.
Crew & Coverage
- Photography: 1 professional corporate photographer providing edited digital copies.
- Tech Support: 1 Technical Director and 2 staff members for sound and light management.

- Fabrication: Custom wooden wall structure (Ply/MDF) built per approved 3D design.
- Finish: Premium emulsion paint or vinyl pasting for solid colors.
Branding & Lights
- Signage: 3D Acrylic or Sunboard raised lettering for the fascia/header logo.
- Graphics: Vinyl prints pasted on designated wall panels for product info.
- Lighting: LED track lights or concealed COB lights to highlight branding areas.
Furniture & Specs
- Inclusions: 1 discussion table, 3 chairs, 1 reception counter, and 1 brochure stand per unit.
- Power: Concealed wiring with 3-4 power sockets.
- Service: Includes 3D design rendering (2 revisions), deep cleaning, and post-event dismantling.
