- Thematic Balloon Styling: An organic balloon arch or semi-arch (approx. 10x10ft) using company brand colors (standard latex balloons with foil accents).
- Branded Backdrop: An 8x8 ft wooden truss backdrop with high-quality flex printing for photo opportunities (Client to provide logo/design).
- Entrance Signage: One welcome board on a wooden easel stand with floral touches or balloon bunches.
- Carpet: Standard red or blue carpeting for the photo-op zone and entrance.
Technical & Logistics
- Basic Audio System: A 2-speaker PA system with one handheld wireless microphone and an aux connection for background music or announcements.
- Installation & Transport: Includes delivery, setup, and dismantling within Gurugram/South Delhi areas.

- Menu Spread: Extensive buffet including 4 Veg & 4 Non-Veg starters, 2 Soups, 5 Main Courses (Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken specialties), Assorted Breads, Rice, and 3 Desserts.
- Service: Uniformed waitstaff and premium bone-china crockery setup.

- Lighting Concepts: Starry Night fairy light ceiling canopy or chandelier installations as per venue height.

- Immersive Entrance: A fabricated entrance archway featuring 3D logo cutouts (Sunboard/Acrylic) and thematic floral detailing (using Carnations/Gerberas) to match brand colors.
- Photo-Op Zone: A premium sequin wall (Gold/Black/Silver) or Green Wall with a custom-made LED Neon sign (e.g., Brand Tagline or Hashtag).

- Professional Lighting Truss: Box truss setup with face lights (COB) for the stage and ambience lighting (LED Pars) for the hall.

Hey! We’re Nirvana Event and Decor. Started out wanting to flip the usual wedding planning on its head - more boutique, more personal. Over 500 events, still chasing that perfect vibe, whether it’s a wild mehendi or a dreamy reception. Details matter to us, like flower entrances or quirky photo corners. And yeah, we’re obsessed with food too, so we opened Kurrylicious. For us, it’s all about making every moment feel like a fairytale, but with real laughs.
