In-Office Festive Decor & Audio Package
Theme & Decor
- Ceiling Treatment: Extensive colorful fabric draping (tent-house style) across the main venue ceiling (up to 2,000 sq ft) to lower visual height.
- Hanging Installations: Approx. 25-30 thematic hanging elements suited to the occasion (e.g., Rajasthani umbrellas for Holi/Diwali, or stars for Christmas).
- Photo Op: One 8x8 ft themed backdrop created using printed flex on a wooden frame with side elements and quirky placards.
- Ambient Fillers: Floor rangoli using fresh flower petals (Marigold/Rose) or localized desk decor elements for reception areas.
Technical Setup
- Sound System: Professional audio setup suitable for an office floor (2 JBL/RCF Top speakers on stands, 1 Mixer).
- Microphones: 2 Wireless handheld microphones for leadership speeches or MC engagement.
- Operator: 1 Sound engineer to manage background music and announcements.

Branding & Design

- Lighting: 4-6 LED Par cans for uplighting the backdrop and focus lights on product displays.
F&B Experience
- Styling: A visually curated 'Grazing Table' setup featuring wooden platters, floral fillers, and tiered stands.
- Menu: Finger food spread for up to 50 guests (Includes cheeses, crackers, exotic dips, cold cuts, and bite-sized desserts). Note: Alcohol not included.

Concert-Grade Audio & Lights
- Sound System: Line Array Audio System (JBL Vertec or RCF) ensuring coverage for 300 pax, digital console, stage monitors, and full microphone kit.
- Lighting Inventory: 12-16 Moving Head fixtures (Sharpies/Beams), LED Pars for wash, haze/smoke machine, and professional lighting controller with operator.
Venue Decor
- Entrance: One themed entrance arch (Floral or Fabric based) with signage standee.
- Audience Area: Red carpet for the central aisle and floral/artifact centerpieces for up to 20 round tables.
Management
- Technical Director: One point of contact to manage the console and cues.
- Show Running: Coordination with performing artists for technical requirements. Note: Artist booking fees are extra.
