Entrance Setup
- Archway: 8ft x 8ft iron truss gate with satin/polyester drapes (color customized to theme like Orange/Pink or Red/Gold).
- Signage: 2x3ft easel-mounted sunboard with festive branding.
- Floor Art: 4ft diameter Rangoli using fresh marigold/rose petals and herbal colors.
Ceiling & Lobby
- Overhead Decor: Coverage of 500-800 sq ft with paper streamers, kites, or metallic latkans.
- Hanging Elements: Thematic danglers like paper lanterns or umbrellas on fishing lines.
- Pillars: Fabric draping and artificial flower strings for up to 4 main pillars.
Props & Furniture
- Photo Ops: 3ft tall free-standing 3D letters (Thermocol/Sunboard) spelling festival name.
- Thematic Items: Includes 6-8 gold painted pots for Diwali, colored pampas grass for Holi, or 6ft artificial tree for Xmas.
- Tables: Lycra covers with contrasting sashes for 5 standing cocktail tables.

- Highlights: Neon sign rental (e.g., 'Cheers') and organic chrome balloon garland (approx. 300 balloons).
- Lighting: 6-8 LED PAR cans for color washing walls and fairy light integration.
Entrance Zone
- Walkway: 20ft synthetic red carpet runner.
- Arch: Decorative entry arch wrapped in fabric with spiral balloons or floral clusters.
Photo Booth Area
- Selfie Station: Separate 6ft x 6ft themed backdrop zone.
