The pheras are the heart of your celebration. I design ceremony spaces that prioritize the vibe over excess, turning venues like Goa resorts or Jaipur palaces into personal sanctuaries for your vows.

This ethereal wedding mandap at ITC Goa was a heavenly sight. Draped in pristine white florals with a backdrop of Sanskrit verses, it created a serene and sacred space for the couple to exchange vows.

Our design process includes creating a mood board to bring the vision to life. This board shows the inspiration behind the ethereal white and gold wedding, focusing on natural textures and gentle light.

The wedding ceremony setup at ITC Goa was an all-white paradise. The sprawling green lawns were adorned with elegant white seating and umbrellas, creating a clean and sophisticated look.

The guest seating and pathways for the white-themed wedding were designed with simplicity and elegance in mind, allowing the beauty of the natural surroundings and the main mandap to shine.

A beautiful, intimate moment between the couple during their wedding ceremony. The mandap featured a stunning ceiling of cascading floral hangings.

For this ceremony, we used a magnificent old tree as the centerpiece, draping it with cascading white wisteria to create a natural and enchanting mandap.

This mandap in a royal palace setting featured a ceiling of hanging tuberoses and pink carnations, creating a fragrant and visually stunning canopy for the pheras.

A grand and opulent wedding setup with a ceiling of red flowers and greenery, complemented by magnificent crystal chandeliers for a truly regal feel.

This elegant wedding entrance features golden drapes and warm uplighting, creating a grand and welcoming pathway for the guests.

The 'Tree of Life' was the theme for this wedding mandap. We used rich, vibrant hues and dramatic floral installations to create an artistic and meaningful centerpiece for the ceremony.

About Breathtaking Wedding Ceremonies

Real luxury isn't about spending a crore on flowers just because you can. Take that beach mandap we did at ITC Goa; instead of creating a heavy, boxed-in structure that blocks the view, we used a lighter canopy design that worked with the sunset light. We prioritized the flow and the natural backdrop, which actually saved costs on unnecessary production and kept the focus on the moment you exchange vows. That is what I call smart planning—doing the right thing at the right place.

When you and I sit down to plan your wedding ceremony, we don’t start with a Pinterest board. We start with the 'why'. Are you looking for a grand, architectural mandap in a Jaipur palace, or a minimalist, earth-toned setup for a beach wedding in Goa? My job is to bridge your story with the destination's natural character.

Designing for Meaning

Many couples come to me confused, thinking that to have a 'breathtaking' ceremony, they need to over-produce. I focus on creating focal points. If we are working with an amazing heritage property, we use facade lighting and thoughtful floral draping to complement the existing architecture rather than hiding it under layers of fabric. If we are outdoors, I look for natural elements—like a heritage tree—to serve as our mandap base, decorating it with wisteria or fairy lights to create an intimate, ethereal space.

The Logistics Behind the Beauty

An aesthetic ceremony means nothing if the guest experience is chaotic. My team handles the end-to-end logistics: the seating comfort, the view angles, the sound systems for the pandit, and the timing for the pheras. You show up, you enjoy the moment, and I ensure the decor holds up against the wind or the heat. We don't just 'decorate' a space; we manage the flow of the entire ceremony so that your family can focus on the rituals instead of the venue staff. Whether it is a traditional Rajasthani setup or a modern bohemian ceremony, the goal is always the same: a space that feels like you, not a cookie-cutter version of someone else's wedding.

I am Akshata, and I don't believe in selling you a generic 'package' for your ceremony. My focus is on matching your personality with the venue, handling the logistics so you don't feel the stress of the setup, and creating a space that feels intimately yours.
