We honor heritage by blending classic South Indian aesthetics with meaningful, personal touches. From temple-inspired mandaps to courtyard-style setups, we create environments that feel rooted in tradition and warmth.

A beautiful proposal moment during a traditional engagement ceremony. The backdrop is a pristine white panel with intricate carvings, flanked by banana plants and traditional brass lamps, creating a purely elegant and culturally rich setting.

A stunning half-saree ceremony, for which we created a backdrop of traditional floral patterns and hanging garlands of red roses and jasmine. The design complements the bride's beautiful attire perfectly.

This video captures the essence of a South Indian half-saree ceremony. We designed the space with a lush green wall, a custom-painted floral floor, and traditional Pichwai art elements to create a vibrant and culturally rich environment.

About this collection

When designing a traditional space, the success lies in how we treat the architecture. We focus on integrating heritage features, like the classic Thotti Mane courtyard layout, with custom wood-carved pillars and polished brass accents. This approach ensures the decor feels like a natural extension of the venue rather than a temporary installation.

Our approach to traditional decor is about preserving the soul of the ceremony while making it visually stunning. We believe that elements like jasmine strings, marigolds, and brass lamps carry their own history, and our job is to arrange them to tell your story.

Why Traditional Decor Matters

For many couples, a wedding is a time to reconnect with roots. We specialize in designs that respect this. Instead of generic stage setups, we prefer:

  • Architectural Integration: Using wooden pillars, temple-style carvings, and banana plant accents to bring a sense of grandeur to mandaps and stages.
  • Sensory Details: We prioritize fresh flowers like Rajnigandha and jasmine not just for their color, but for the scent they bring to the event, which is vital in traditional South Indian weddings.
  • Brass & Light: Brass lamps (Samay) are not just props; they are essential for creating the warm, inviting glow that characterizes a true celebration. We place these to highlight walking paths and ritual areas.

Customizing Your Setup

Every home and venue has a different layout. Whether you are planning an intimate ceremony in a family courtyard or a large gathering in a convention hall, we adapt our designs to fit the space. We look at the natural lighting and structural lines of your venue before deciding on the height of the mandap or the flow of the floral entrance. This ensures that the decor enhances the space instead of overpowering it.
