Planning a family milestone involves more than just picking a theme. Whether it is a naming ceremony, a baby shower, or an anniversary, the goal is to create a flow where you are not managing vendors or logistics while your guests are arriving.

My Approach to Milestone Events

• Naming Ceremonies: I move past standard decor to use fresh banana leaves, jasmine, and marigold strings to build an authentic setting. My packages include cradle wrapping with child-safe flowers and full coordination with the priest to ensure the puja timing and item placement are handled correctly.
• Baby Showers: I design these to be intimate and interactive. Beyond the high-back chair and floral backdrop, I incorporate details like message stations where guests leave notes on wooden coins for the baby, or custom candy displays for a personal touch.
• Themed Birthdays: I avoid the standard balloon-and-cake approach in favor of activity-led events. My painting party setup includes everything from the easels to the paint, plus a facilitator to manage the station, turning the party into a creative experience.

Why Logistics Matter

Things can get chaotic during family events. My role is to act as the single point of contact. This means I manage the photographer, the caterer, and the lighting technicians, while also supervising the on-site team to ensure the floral arrangements stay fresh throughout the event.
