For me, destination wedding planning is about creating a celebration that’s truly yours, set in a place that feels magical. I get that it can all feel a bit much - juggling travel, family, and the tiniest details far from home. That’s why I start with listening. Over chai or coffee, I want to hear your story, what your families dream of, and the vibe you want. It’s about your vision, not mine.
Where We Go
My heart beats a little faster for weddings in Sri Lanka, Bali, and Thailand. These are my specialty - I know the local scene and have friends in all the right places. Europe? Love it. I’ve got experience there too, and I’m always up for discovering new exotic wedding destinations with you.
How I Make It Happen
- Venue hunting, from hidden beaches to stately estates
- Sorting out tricky travel plans and making sure your guests have a seamless experience, right from the airport
- Decor that’s you - be it a wild Pinterest dream or a simple idea for a multicultural wedding ceremony (like the oonjal)
- I handle all the vendors. You won’t be stuck on calls with ten different people. And yes, I usually throw in a DJ night for fun

Hey, I’m Sharmilla – wedding planning is my thing, and honestly, I live for it. Most days start with a coffee and a chat, just soaking up what my clients dream for their big day. I get a kick out of working with brides who know what they want, especially the creative ones. Bangalore is home, but my work takes me everywhere – Sri Lanka, Bali, even Thailand. Someone once called me Anushka Sharma from Band Baaja Baaraat, and I’ll take it! I handle everything so families can just celebrate. That’s the magic for me.
