My Approach to Event Ambiance

When I work on a venue, my goal is simple: the moment your guests walk through the door, they should feel the celebration. Decor is the biggest part of that feeling. I personally oversee the installation of every floral bunch, LED par can, and table arrangement to make sure nothing looks out of place.

Why Lighting Matters

Most people ignore lighting, but it is the secret to great photos. I use specific stage washing lights and color-coordinated LEDs to ensure the couple stands out. If you are doing a night function in places like the banquet halls in Seawoods or Kharghar, the right lighting can completely change how a room feels. I avoid generic setups and push for designs that match your event theme, be it a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony or a modern reception.

Practical Tips for Your Decor

• Don't over-clutter: A big stage does not always mean a better stage. Sometimes a clean, 20ft stage with high-density floral work looks more premium than a messy, overcrowded set.
• Think about the entrance: The entry is where the first impression happens. I always recommend spending a little extra on a well-lit entrance tunnel or a floral arch because that is where the wedding photography truly begins.
• Budgeting: You do not need a destination wedding budget to get a luxury look. I work with what you have. If you pick a hall with good marble flooring or existing chandeliers, we save money on covering them up and spend that budget on better stage props instead.
