Compact AC Hall Rental (100-250 Pax)
Venue Specifications
- Space: Single banquet hall floor (approx. 1,500 - 2,000 sq. ft) located in Navi Mumbai nodes.
- Duration: Standard 4 to 5 hour slot (Lunch or Dinner shift). Overnight charges apply separately.
- Climate Control: Centralized or Split AC units turned on 30 minutes prior to the event.
- Capacity: Best suited for 100 theater style seating or 250 floating guests.
Standard Decor Setup
- Stage: 20ft width stage with standard artificial flower pasting (roses/carnations) and fabric drapes.
- Couple Seating: Two seater 'Maharaja' style sofa (Rexine/Velvet finish).
- Guest Seating: Plastic banquet chairs with white slipcovers and colored bow ties (Red/Gold/Purple).
- Entrance: Basic artificial floral arch with LED focus lights or fairy light strings.
- Flooring: Red or Green synthetic carpet in the aisle.
Basic Amenities
- Audio: In house speaker system with 1 mic (suitable for announcements/background music only).
- Facilities: 1 Basic Air Conditioned changing room usually attached to the stage.
- Support: 1 Supervisor and cleaning staff for restroom maintenance during the event.
Notable Exclusions
- Catering: Food is charged separately per plate.
- Florals: Only artificial decor is included; fresh flowers are a paid add on.

- Configuration: Main AC Hall (Pillarless structure) plus a separate Dining Area (adjoining lawn or separate floor).
- Accessibility: Lift access included if dining is on a different floor.
- Capacity: Optimized for 300 theater style seating and up to 600 floating capacity.
Upgraded Decor
- Stage Design: Wide stage (24-30ft) featuring hanging crystal chandeliers, acrylic backlit panels, or floral ring structures.
- Lighting: LED PAR lights (colored wash) installed on the stage and entrance.
- Mandap: 4 Pillar setup with artificial floral wrapping and havan kund space if required.
- Entrance: 10ft Box Gate setup with full artificial floral pasting or FRP carvings.
- Selfie Zone: Designated floral wall backdrop included in the lobby or hall area.
- Aisle: Printed carpets or white furry carpet leading to the stage.
Operational Inclusions
- Rooms: 2 Air Conditioned changing rooms (Bride & Groom) with basic mirrors.
- Entertainment: DJ System bundled (Laptop console + 2-4 JBL/RCF top speakers + Subwoofer).
- Parking: Basic valet service (2-3 drivers) included for parking management.
- Timings: Strict slot adherence (Morning 9-3 or Evening 6-11). Overtime charged per hour.
Dual Venue Hall & Lawn (700-1200 Pax)
Large Scale Venue
- Dual Access: Combination of Large AC Banquet Hall (1000+ capacity) AND adjoining open air Lawn area.
- Layout: Hall typically used for rituals/stage events; Lawn used for open sky dining.
- Cooling: Tower ACs or Air Coolers provided for stage areas if the main function is outdoors.
Premium Decor & Furniture
- Lawn Ambience: Full 'Starry Night' effect using overhead fairy light cabling across the lawn.
- Premium Seating: Gold/Silver 'Tiffany' or Chiavari style chairs for the first few rows.
- Grand Entry: 15ft+ Thematic Gate (e.g., Palace theme, Floral Tunnel) with Red Carpet entry.
- Perimeter: Masking of boundary walls with pleated fabric drapes.
Logistics & Utilities
- Power: Generator backup included in the package price (essential for lawn lighting).
- Suites: Upgraded changing rooms, sometimes with attached washrooms depending on the specific property.
