About Indoor & Banquet Hall Decor
When we decorate a banquet hall, the biggest challenge is almost always the ceiling height or existing lighting. I usually recommend working with the venue's natural layout rather than trying to hide it, using fairy lights to draw the eye up or floor-based uplighting to create warmth where the room feels empty.
Every banquet hall has its own personality, and my job is to make sure your decor enhances that rather than fighting it. Whether you are hosting a grand reception at a hotel like Leafio or a smaller engagement in a private hall, the focus should remain on the balance between your stage backdrop and guest comfort.
I pay close attention to the flow of the room. A reflective aisle runner or a floral tunnel can completely change how a standard hall entrance feels, turning a simple walk into a moment. For evening Sangeet events, I love using LED par-cans to wash the walls in your theme colors, which instantly shifts the mood from formal to festive.
