About Grand Entrances & Venue Decor
We often work with venues that have plain walls or challenging lighting. To fix this, I use a mix of LED PAR cans to wash the walls with warm color and strategically placed props to draw attention away from bare corners and straight to the main stage where you want your guests looking.
Transformation is what we do best. When we take on a venue, we look at the flow—how guests enter, where they sit, and how the light hits the stage. For a large reception, that means using truss lighting and dramatic sequin walls to make the couple stand out. For smaller home events, we keep it personal with marigold drapes, comfortable floor seating, and props that make the space feel alive.
We know the venues across Navi Mumbai inside out, from the busy banquet halls in Vashi to the outdoor spaces in Kharghar and Panvel. Because we know these locations, our setup is quick and avoids the usual stress. If your venue has a tricky corner or needs better lighting, we find a way to fix it—using LED PAR cans for warmth or strategically placed props to hide what you do not want seen.
