I keep things simple by partnering with specialists. For pure veg requirements, I work with Sanskruti Hospitality, known for their consistent, authentic flavors. For non-veg catering, I bring in Huma Caterers. They have been my go-to for years because they get the gravy texture, the spice levels, and the meat quality right every single time.

What is Included in Our Catering

When you book catering through Starlight Events, you get a full-service experience. This is not just about the food.

• Standard Setup: We provide bone china crockery, polished buffet counters, and copper or steel chafing dishes to keep the food warm.
• Staffing: Uniformed waiters manage the service and constant refilling, so the buffet never looks empty.
• Menu Flexibility: From mocktails and starters to the main course and desserts like Gulab Jamun or ice cream, we cover everything. If you have a specific dish in mind, just let me know and we will see if we can include it.

We handle catering across the entire region, including Nerul, Sanpada, Kharghar, and beyond.
