My method focuses on the physics of these connections. When you position your fingers near the nostrils correctly, you ensure all three chambers of your lungs actually open up to release toxins. Don't just breathe, learn the right technique to make it work.

Energy isn't just a concept. In my 30 years of practice, I have seen how blocked energy channels—the Granthis—manifest as physical disease, stress, and anxiety. Healing starts when you stop patching symptoms and start working on the root.
