About Prefabricated Schools & Large Structures
While my prefab structures are complete and ready-to-use, there is one piece of the puzzle you need to handle: the civil foundation. You will need to provide a level concrete plinth or platform before I can install the MS grid and panels. Once that base is ready, the assembly moves significantly faster than standard construction, allowing us to finish large school blocks while keeping your project timeline tight.

Why MS Structures & Dry Wall Panels?
Traditional schools take months, often years, due to curing times and labor dependencies. My method uses pre-engineered MS grid structures. These form a rigid, earthquake-resistant skeleton. We then finish these with 50mm to 75mm PUF or EPS sandwich panels. These panels are not just walls; they provide thermal insulation, keeping classrooms cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter compared to standard brick walls.
The Construction Process
- Planning: We start with your layout requirements—classroom sizes, corridor widths, and administrative areas.
- Factory Fabrication: The structural steel and wall panels are prepared in my Greater Noida factory. This eliminates site waste and weather-related delays.
- Assembly: We transport the components to your location. Because the structure is bolted and locked, we can assemble a school block in weeks.
