When you order a 6x4 ft security cabin, you are getting more than just a shell. Each unit arrives fully insulated with 50mm Thermocol or Glasswool, pre-fitted LED lighting, a wall fan, and fire-resistant concealed wiring to ensure the space is comfortable and functional immediately, regardless of the weather conditions at your site.
My manufacturing process at our Roza Jalalpur facility focuses on structural integrity. I build these guard cabins using a heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) grid frame that resists the wear and tear of active construction sites. Whether you need a standard 6x4 ft unit for a single guard or a larger layout for a team of four, the core build remains consistent: robust 18-gauge MS sheets or premium ACP cladding, finished with weather-resistant paint.
Everything inside is geared toward instant utility. Your cabin comes with a writing ledge for paperwork, proper ventilation through sliding aluminium windows, and a reliable locking system. Because the interior is fully finished with PVC paneling and fire-resistant concealed wiring, you do not need to hire extra electricians or carpenters upon delivery. You simply place the unit, connect the power, and it is operational.
