For large-scale sessions, I bring a portable high-wattage sound system and an assistant trainer to keep the energy consistent across crowds of up to 500 people. Whether you are hosting in an outdoor amphitheater or a hotel banquet hall, I design routines that make even the most reserved team members feel comfortable joining in.
Big crowds require big energy. When you are planning an annual day or a team off-site, the last thing you want is a session that feels like a chore. My approach is to turn the workout into an interactive performance that gets everyone smiling.

- Audio & Logistics: I provide a portable, high-wattage Bluetooth sound system. We coordinate directly with your DJ or sound team to integrate perfectly with professional PA setups at large venues.

Planning for your venue:
Large events have specific requirements. A raised platform (12x8 ft minimum) helps keep the energy focused and visible. We can adapt to outdoor amphitheaters, convention centers, or ballroom-style banquet halls. My team arrives 20 minutes before the start time to scout the space and sync with your sound team, so the session starts exactly on time without technical hitches.
