Hand-Sculpted 3D Relief Murals & Floral Wall Art
We don't use wallpaper or molds at Artkada. Every tree branch, leaf, and petal you see is sculpted by hand directly onto your wall, creating a permanent 3D texture that changes with the light.
A completed Tree of Life mural for a staircase wall. The texture of the bark and the individually crafted leaves create a beautiful play of light, especially with the hanging lamp.
This is one of our all-time favorite 3D flower murals. We love how the petals seem to fall gently down the wall, creating a sense of movement and natural beauty.

About 3D Relief Murals: Trees & Florals
Because we build our 3D relief murals using layers of cement compounds, the process is very different from standard painting. We need to sketch the design directly on your wall and then hand-model the relief work to a thickness of 4mm to 8mm. This requires a 1-2 day passive drying period for the material to cure before we can start the fine detailing and painting, so please factor this time into your renovation schedule.
When you choose a relief mural, you are choosing a piece of art that becomes a permanent part of your home structure. Unlike wallpaper that peels at the edges or prints that can look flat, our 3D Tree of Life and floral designs provide genuine depth.
Our Process
Every project begins with a conversation about your wall dimensions and the specific vibe you want. Since I don't use stencils or pre-made molds, the design flows naturally around your switchboards and architecture. We use a mix of POP, white cement, and specialized bonding agents to build the relief. Once the sculpture is dried, we apply premium interior emulsions and use metallic dust (gold, copper, or bronze) to highlight the texture, giving it that classic, antique finish.
Durability and Maintenance
These murals are not just for show. After the final painting stage, we apply a clear, water-resistant sealer. This makes the entire surface wipeable and dust-resistant. It is a one-time investment that transforms a plain living room or staircase wall into a focal point that will last for years.
Planning Your Space
- Staircase Walls: These are perfect for Tree of Life designs as they utilize the double-height space.
- Living Room Features: Minimalist floral branches work best here to keep the space open yet textured.
- Customization: We adapt our floral patterns to your furniture and lighting. If you have specific flowers or leaf types you prefer, tell us during the sketching phase.
