About Creative Direction & Campaigns
Campaigns are often treated as mere photoshoots, but I approach them as storytelling exercises. Whether it is a brand film or a lookbook, I manage the nuances of light, texture, and movement to ensure your message arrives with clarity and emotion.
My process is rooted in the belief that visual identity is the most potent communication tool a brand has. When I take on a campaign, I look past the immediate aesthetic to find the emotional core of the project.
The Creative Process
- Concept Development: We start with the 'why.' What is the story we are trying to tell? I build mood boards that ground our visual direction in a specific culture or mood.
- Casting & Team Assembly: The right muse is essential to the narrative. I handle casting to ensure the personality matches the brand’s soul, while coordinating with hair, makeup, and photography partners to align on the artistic vision.
- Set Direction: The background is an active participant in your story. Whether we are shooting in a heritage haveli or a modern studio, I manage the set design to add depth rather than just filling space.
- Execution: On the day of the shoot, I act as the director of the scene. I guide posing, manage outfit flow, and supervise technical details, ensuring every frame contributes to a cohesive final edit.
