About this collection
Bringing mythological characters to life requires more than just a costume. In my studio, I use child-safe makeup and custom-fitted temple jewelry to ensure your little one feels comfortable throughout the 2-3 hour session. We do not just dress them up; we guide them through the poses to capture genuine, serene expressions that reflect the true divinity of the character.
Many parents want to celebrate our festivals—like Navarathri, Sankranthi, or Pongal—by dressing their children in traditional attire, but finding the right costume, authentic jewelry, and a patient photographer is a hassle. That is why I created this all-inclusive service at VN Studio.
My goal is to make the process 'ashte simple' (it's that simple) for you and the child. The service is a 2-3 hour immersive experience where I handle everything:
- Wardrobe: Rental of traditional costumes like Dhotis and Silk Lehengas from my studio collection.
- Jewelry: Antique-finish temple jewelry properly sized for children.
- Grooming: Traditional styling, including buns (Kondai) with extensions, fresh flowers, and child-safe makeup designed for sensitive skin.
- Photography: Professional studio lighting, posing assistance, and editing to deliver 10-15 high-resolution images.
I focus on a 'sulabha vidhana' (easy method) to ensure children stay happy and cooperative. We capture the innocence of childhood wrapped in our rich cultural stories. Whether you want a Little Krishna, Radha, or a Goddess theme, the result is a beautiful, timeless piece of art.
