From fresh mango Aamras mousse to festive fusion jars, we experiment with local flavors in our Bandra kitchen to create the perfect sweet treat.

When mango season arrives, so does our Mango Fresh Cream Cake Tub. We use our signature moist vanilla sponge, layer it with homemade Aamras and fresh diced mangoes, and top it with a beautiful mango rose. It's a light, refreshing summer dessert.

Our Mango Mousse Jar is another summer favorite. It features a velvety smooth mango mousse made from fresh Aamras, set on a cocoa biscuit crumble and topped with more diced mangoes. It's pure sunshine in a jar.

Introducing our Thandai Gulab Jamun Mousse Jar. This festive creation layers decadent gulab jamuns with a subtly spiced thandai-flavored mousse cream. The earthy thandai balances the sweetness of the gulab jamun perfectly.

This video shows how our dessert tubs are the perfect answer to a sudden craving. It features a fun WhatsApp chat and a glimpse of some of our tubs, including a citrus-topped chocolate dessert, highlighting the variety we offer.

About Seasonal & Fusion Creations

When we develop these seasonal tubs, we start by hand-sourcing local fruits and sweets to build our own compotes and mousses from scratch. For instance, our mango jars use real Aamras instead of syrups, which is why you get that authentic, vibrant flavor profile rather than just sugar-heavy sweetness.

We believe fusion desserts shouldn't just be a gimmick. It is about balancing familiar Indian tastes with modern textures. Take our Motichoor Laddoo Cheesecake, for example. We had to calibrate the density of the cream cheese layer so it doesn't overpower the subtle, grainy texture of the motichoor, creating a balance that feels indulgent but not heavy.

Since we are a small-batch bakery based in Bandra, we don't have the luxury of mass-producing standard items. This constraint actually works in your favor. It forces us to rotate our menu based on what is freshest in the market. If it is summer, you will find us working exclusively with fresh mangoes. When festivals like Holi or Diwali arrive, we lean into traditional profiles like Thandai and Gulab Jamun, layering them into mousse formats that are easier to eat on the go.

Everything you see here is eggless and made with the same premium ingredients we use for our full-sized cakes. Whether you are ordering a single tub for a quiet evening or a few jars for a family gathering, you are getting the same quality that we serve in our own home.
